Cancellation Policy

  • Stay of 3 nights or less : 100% of the total amount will be charged if the cancellation occurs less than 72 hours before the arrival date

  • Stay of more than 3 night : 100% of the total amount will be charged if the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the arrival

  • Short cut stay : 100% of the total amount of the nights reserved

  • No show : 100% of the total amount, included all the services bought at the reservation
